The following bands/artists are currently not included in the bracket. I'm trying to make as many people happy as possible but it's hard when Brian only gives 50s, 60s, and 70s bands and Ethan gives mostly 90s bands. I'm essentially just using what I know about their music tastes to fill in the rest. If you feel that any of the following are potentially the best band/artist ever, this is your chance to say so. Once the bracket comes out there will only be voting. Here is the non-exhaustive list of bands NOT making the tournament:

I for one think that Pavement and the Sex Pistols should make the tournament but I am apparently the only one.

Taylor C. Foss! Why do Ethan and Brian's votes and opinions count for more than mine? Especially when out of the bunch Leslie and I are the only ones to vote correctly and list bands according to era. For that alone Madonna should make the list. I am pretty sure at least half of the bands that I posted on my top ten list made it on your not in the game list. Try Again Sir, Try Again!
Don't blast me for not following your format. You're just a pretender. Want to get respect, come up with the brackets and placement yourself. Don't make all of us do the work for you then get mad at us when we don't.
PS- Pavement and the Sex Pistols have no room on your bracket unless you expand it to more bands/artists.

Your snobbery is ridiculous. You can't deny Madonna a seat in the 80s bracket. She was the 80s, like it or not. Huge astrix on your tournament which will now be referred to as: Taylor's Tournament to Determine Which Bands He Thinks Are Good Enough Based Solely on the Opinions of People He Agrees With. (or TTTDWBHTAGEBSOTOOPHAW)

Well TTTDWBHTAGEBSOTOOPHAW is catchy. To avoid such a harsh asterix I will add Madonna. I will however take Brian's advice and stop trying ot please everybody from this point on. Bracket will be up in a couple of days.
Just in case you cared I do agree with the woman that Madonna does deserve to be on the list. I would follow that up with the fact that I know the words to many of her songs so clearly she had an impact, but doing so would lead to ridicule and shame. Wait......
